Standard and Enhanced Used Oil Analysis (UOA)
We carry out standard and enhanced UOA. This analysis is necessary for machinery condition monitoring strategy by allowing equipment operators to pull oil samples from active equipment to a lab for assessment. Equipment condition insights are provided based on the observations from the lab results in order to provide accurate vessel’s maintenance decisions.
Cylinder Scrapedown Analysis (CSA) for feed rate optimization
Our CSA is needed for optimization of Cylinder Oil feed rate by collation and analyzing of oil samples taken while operating the engine at representative and stable sea load. The analyzed residue oil can give insights on Wear Performance and Contaminants in equipment.
Corrosive Wear Indicator

Our onboard Test Equipment can help to access issues on the spot and determine what action is required to solve the issue. Even though it cannot replace an onshore laboratory test, if used properly it can greatly reduce the risk of critical failures to equipment while at sea.
